Redemption Processes You Need to KnowFor the past 29 years, Spafinder Wellness Inc.®’s promise has been to drive more business to our spa and wellness partners, which is why we are constantly on the lookout for new marketing opportunities that will help boost the circulation of our Spafinder Wellness 365™ Gift Cards and bring more customers through your doors. Our recent, limited-time Groupon offer promoting new $25 Spafinder Wellness 365 Bonus Cards is a prime example of these programs. These bonus cards are a powerful marketing tool, and we anticipate utilizing them in the future in marketing programs with partners other than Groupon. If you have not already begun to see these bonus cards we expect you will start to see them soon.

Please note that unlike our regular gift cards, these bonus cards have an expiration date—they are only valid through September 5, 2015. We ask that you please redeem bonus cards online no later than your close of business on September 5, 2015, and remember that like all Spafinder Wellness 365 Gift Cards, our bonus cards should be authorized prior to providing your service to the customer. We encourage you to make your staff aware of the card imagery, as well as the expiration date. (And remember, redemption has never been easier or quicker than with our Android or iPhone mobile apps!)

Also, as a reminder, you must be signed up for a Spafinder Wellness 365 marketing program and have a Spafinder Wellness 365 ID to redeem Spafinder Wellness 365 Gift Cards, eGift Cards, and Bonus Cards. If you have not previously signed up, click here to join our program. Please also remember that it is a condition of all Spafinder Wellness 365 marketing programs that you may only submit for redemption gift cards (including bonus cards) that have been properly presented to you by a customer in exchange for products or services which you have delivered to such customer. Any attempt to circumvent these conditions will result in the gift card not being redeemed by Spafinder Wellness 365 and may result in termination from the Spafinder Wellness 365 marketing program.
